We will have breaks as needed and refreshments are provided (everything is plant based, and nut free, gluten free options will also be available)There will be cake!

This is a closed session so please book your ticket in advance. Latecomers may not be admitted and we ask you plan to attend the full session – it can be disruptive for learning to have people come and go.

Your trainer is Jenny Pickup (LivingWorks trainer registration number #10671). She has over 25 years of experience of working in suicide prevention and mental health and is looking forward to meeting and working with you.

She will be supported by a trained community support resource so if you find the workshop brings up difficult thoughts and feelings please know there will be support available, before and during the session. We will be sharing lots of ideas and resources for support in the future.
