In this 2 hour workshop we will be making a necklace pendant using the copper foiling technique, more commonly used in stained glass.
You can encase something within two pieces of glass, such as a pressed fern/ flower, ethically sourced butterflywing, feather or lock hair, or use some of the beautifully coloured glass provided.
The metal used is lead free solder which is predominately tin.
I like to keep tuition days as relaxed and fun as possible with the attendees taking the lead so they really get the most out of it, it can be quite fiddly so please bare in mind you will need to be agile with your hands (again I will be there to help if you struggle).
Session times are 10am- 12pm, please choose from the drop down menu which date you would like to book.
All materials and tools are provided and included in the cost so all you need to bring is some snacks/ lunch and enthusiasm.
The studio is upstairs in a shared building so unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible.
Once you have purchased a space on the workshop you should receive a confirmation of payment email, if you require any further information please get in touch otherwise I shall look forward to meeting you on the day.
Non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 7 days prior to workshop date.
