Breath Beats is a joyful combination of Breathwork & Dance. A playful journey through breath & somatic movement to energise, open & connect, flowing into an evening of global music to uplift the soul and dance in community. Breathing and dancing in a group stirs a magic, a memory deep in the bones of how we once were together and what we can re-ignite. With Dave Sir Vinyl and Anna de Vere from Wild Breath.
