The following terms apply under our Coronavirus Booking Guarantee. You will need to agree to these terms before you confirm your booking. This policy supersedes any standard cancellation policies which may usually be in place.
A balance payment for the full amount will be due upon booking.
In the event of cancellation due to Coronavirus restrictions or for self-isolation, the customer has the flexibility to move the booking to alternative available dates within 18 months of the start date of their holiday (the ‘flexible rebooking policy’) with no additional charges. If the customer chooses a date where the same accommodation is only available at a higher price, the additional prevailing rate for the stay will be due. The flexible rebooking policy is only available for cancellations related to genuine Coronavirus restrictions. Flexible rebooking is not available for cancellations related to weather or other reasons.
Due to the flexible dates offering, no refunds are available to the customer on any funds paid to the campsite. If you cancel your booking, we do not offer a refund but a 12-month rebooking link that allows you to use any funds paid towards new dates. Please contact us directly via email on hello@mpecopark.co.uk to arrange this.
We recommend additional cancellation insurance to cover in the event of cancellations other than Coronavirus restrictions.
Most of our late night events are strictly 18 years and over. If you would like to bring someone who is under 18 to an event, please call the office on 01209 891500 to find out the age limits before you purchase a ticket.
Campers under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by parent or guardian that we recommend is at least 21 years of age or older.
We do not accept bookings for large groups. We are a family friendly campsite and have a 10pm noise curfew. Anyone who books a large group will not be allowed to camp and we will not issue a refund. Anyone who persistently breaks the noise curfew will be asked to leave.
In the event of cancellation due to Coronavirus restrictions or for self-isolation, we offer the customer a voucher for the same value with no additional charges. This can only be redeemed for the same event again. For example, a workshop can only be exchanged for another workshop and a gig can only be exchanged for another gig. We require 24 hours notice to offer this policy. A voucher will not be offered if less than 24 hours notice is given. Due to this flexibility, we do not offer refunds. This policy is only available for cancellations related to genuine Coronavirus restrictions and is not available for any other reasons.
Gift vouchers can only be used to purchase the product specified on each individual voucher. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are valid for 48 months after purchase. After 48 consecutive months the gift voucher will expire and the remaining balance will be lost.
If you would like to spend your gift voucher on something that costs more than the gift voucher value, you will simply need to pay the difference. If you’d like to spend your gift voucher on something that costs less than the gift voucher value, the amount of your purchase will be deducted, and you can then use the remaining balance for future purchases. We are not able to give change.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift cards.
