Cabana Cafe & Kitchen Grand Opening
We are super excited to have the very talented Sophie Holmes taking over the cafe and launching it with a fresh new look and tropical name…Cabana Cafe & Kitchen. Sophie’s vision is to create a delightful and beautifully run plot-to-plate kitchen and a cornerstone for the Eco Park and local community. The Core values are honest, inspiring vegetarian- plant based cooking; a friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Combining organic gardening, cafe culture, freshly baked treats, light and seasonal breakfast, brunch and lunch; excellent coffee and cakes. Exceedingly low food miles; supporting local suppliers and ethical trade, working towards being a super green kitchen.
The cafe will be open Wednesday to Saturday 10am till 3pm in the winter, Tuesday to Friday 10am till 3pm in the Summer and will cater for all our events including summer markets and gigs. Sophie will be hosting her own exciting themed evenings and creating stunning wedding catering, conference catering and plenty more. Private bookings welcome so get in touch for more details.
The cafe will be open to the public from the 1st of February and will be looking after runners taking part in the ARC ultra race taking place at the park over the whole weekend. The following weekend, Sophie invites you to join her for a launch party on Saturday 9th February 11am till 3pm. There will be a set £5 party menu plus delicious coffee and tea, nice drinks, DJs for some ambient yet upbeat music. This is a party for everyone, kids, friends, family, dogs and so on.
