Over 4 weekly sessions, you’ll learn the theory behind nervous system regulation and learn practical exercises to help you regulate your nervous system.
We’re living in a busy, fast-paced, under-supported and over-stimulating world and this can take its toll on your nervous system. Nervous system dysregulation can leave you feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, unable to stay present with your children, snap at them more than you’d like and feel unable to meet their emotional needs.
This introductory course will help you to understand the biology behind nervous system regulation and learn evidence-based practices that will help bring you back to a place of balance where you experience less stress and more soothe.
