Pete on the Corner featuring Champagne Dub and Marla Kether Live
Award winning London-Worldwide label, OntheCorner are bringing a stacked line-up of interstellar party sonics to the Eco Park. Headlining the night Champagne Dub will be performing their psyche-jazz and post-punk funk cosmic masterpiece, ‘Rainbow’ (Recorded at Heliocentric’s studio).
Championing innovative new artists from all corners has garnered wide acclaim for the innovative sounds brought to the World by OntheCorner. UK-Congolese Rising star Marla Kether (Little Simz, Loyle Carner, K.O.G) will be joining label Boss DJ, Pete OntheCorner for a mangrove Shakedown. Betamax and Mama Color complete the party line-up with future cumbia and latin rhythms.
Champagne Dub are headed-up, spun around and drummed-out by Betamax (Comet is Coming/Soccer 96/Coma World), grooved-out with Ruth Goller on bass, Ed Briggs on electronics and laser bagpipes plus the enigma that is ‘Mr Noodles’ on vox and other worldly objects of percussion.
