Morning Yoga

Join us every Wednesday morning for a yoga session at Soul Sweats from 7:30am.

In this class we practise energising Vinyasa Yoga.

The practice is dynamic, generating heat within the body with each asana linked to the next by the breath. An energising practice for mind and body to set you up for the day.

All levels and bodies welcome.

Duration: 1 hour 15mins (7:30 – 8:45am)
